Victor first appears in the newest DVD release, Hero of the Rails, in which we learn he oversees the Sodor Steamworks. He enjoys keeping busy by collecting, hunting down needed parts, and managing what's going on around the yard. Victor joins Thomas' efforts to repair Hiro, while hiding their secret project from boastful Spencer and Sir Topham Hatt.
